Russ was the greatest lunch monitor ever! He is one of the few people I would have gone back to DHS to visit. He was always making people smile in lunch and everyone loved him! He will be greatly missed!
Russ was a great man and will surely be missed by many. I'll NEVER forget the numerous times I cashed him out and before I could tell him his total, he'd ask me, 'how much do you owe me?' RIP Russ <3
