My husband and our 4 sons were neighbors of Mr. and Mrs. Smith since 2004. I remember fondly going to a yard sale and Mrs. Smith gave me a quilted yellow and green piece which was an odd size -- about 4 ' by 1 and 1/2'. She was glad we gave it a good home and I was glad to do it. Both she and Mr. Smith were wonderful neighbors and enjoyed seeing our boys (teenagers) romping around because it reminded them of their boys. We miss them.

John,
I'm very sorry to read of your father's passing. Although, I didn't know him well, I remember as a youngster going into that great big bank he ran. When I met him I remember thinking, "This guy is the richest man I know". Isn't it funny how kids think? But you know what? He was "Rich" after all just having a son as nice as you. Please know your in my prayers.
In Sympathy,
Marty

Bill was my boss at Security Trust/Norstar/Fleet Bank. He was such a kind and gentle man. I loved Bill and Stefanie so much. She passed away 5 days before my own mother and I still miss the both so much. I loved to see Bill when he came into the Town Hall, I could always recognize his voice and made sure I rushed out of my office to give him a hug. He was a good friend and I was honored to know and love him. He will be missed, but he is now reunited with his beautiful wife and I know that makes him VERY happy.
