Swain- June A. Hofsass age 91, passed away suddenly December 16, 2021.
She was born in Carbondale PA on January 13, 1930, a daughter of late Raymond and Anna Simpson Keesler. On August 18, 1951, she was married to Kurt Hofsass, who survives.
She was a longtime resident of Swain, NY. June was well loved by all who knew her. She was very active in her community through the Canaseraga Lioness for many years. She was a caring, loving woman and "Mom" to many. Her family meant the world to her, and she will be sadly missed.
June is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years Kurt. Five children Greg (Jan) Hofsass, Lori Mann, Mark (Suzy) Hofsass, Lisa (Tim), Lynn (Lou). Her precious grandchildren Aaron, Danielle, Kyle, Allison, Cate, Julia and Erica.
A private burial for immediate family will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Canaseraga. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at a date and time to be announced by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com
