She was born in Dansville, on May 29, 1973, a daughter of James and Connie McIntosh MacWhorter. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Clifford and Winifred MacWhorter.

Theresa was a Graduate of Dansville Central School in 1991. She was attending her second year at Monroe Community College in Rochester. She was formerly employed at Crestwood Childrens Center in Rochester. She enjoyed cross-stitching and skiing anywhere there was snow to ski on.

She is survived by her mother, Connie McIntosh MacWhorter, of Henrietta with whom she resided. Her father James (Debbie) MacWhorter of Dansville. A brother J. Todd (Karen) MacWhorter, of Perry, a step-sister, Sandra ( Kevin Whitman) Cafferilli, of Dansville, a step-brother, Frank Dieter, of Hornell. Maternal grandparents, Arthur (Joanne) McIntosh, of Cedar Creek, TX. Several aunts, Cathy (Terry) Schubmehl and cousin Adam, Caren (Tim) Plesums and cousins Quinn and Logan, Nancy (Roy) Werth, Pat (Tony) Tremblay, and Wilma (Mike) Bendzus. 1 niece Cora, three nephews Patrick, Kelvin, and Kaelan and her dear friends, Mark Obenhofer, and Lane Shelter, along with her cats Poopy, Dirt, Piggy and Boo Boo.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family by invitation only. Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville has charge of arrangements.
