Obituary of Scott Lester Goodwin

Dansville- Scott L. Goodwin age 68, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday evening December 19, 2019, at home. He was born in Elmira, NY on April 20, 1952, a son of the late Jack and Dorothy (Peer) Goodwin-Smith. On July 20, 1974, he was married to Marjorie Kimbell, who survives. He was also predeceased by his step-father Sid Smith and a step-sister Dianne Smith. Scott was formerly employed as a truck driver at Dansville Press and Rochester Air Freight. He was the current inventory control specialist at Rogers and Tenbrook Hardware Store in Dansville. Surviving in addition to his wife Marge are five brothers, Craig (Gina) Goodwin, of Lockport, Kirk (Cheryl) Goodwin, of Dansville, Jack (Tina) Goodwin, of Cohocton, James (Bonnie) Goodwin of Dansville, and Joel (Amy) Goodwin also of Dansville, a step-brother Keith (Mamie) Smith of Hamlin and several nieces and nephews.
