Obituary of William David Repass

Dansville- William David Repass, age 81, passed away Tuesday night, May 14, 2019, at his home in Dansville, following an illness.

He was born in Dansville, NY on July 23, 1937, a son of the late Harvey S. and Luella C. (Gray) Repass. He was also predeceased by his sister, Margaret Kemple, his brothers, James Eli (Emma Lou) Repass, Richard Daniel Repass, and Harold Samuel Repass, and his brother in-law, Michael Ward. On May 20, 1967 he was married to Carolyn (Bowes) Repass who survives.

Bill was a graduate of Dansville Central School District; he then went on to Alfred State College and earned a Draftsman degree. He used his degree working as a CNC Programmer at the Foster Wheeler Corp. in Dansville, where he worked until he retired. He was a 25-year club member, loved to bowl, golf, fish, and hunt. He coached Dansville Little League for several years and was an active member of the Dansville United Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 51 years Carolyn are their children, Robert (Cheryl) Repass, Thomas Repass, James (Carolyn) Repass, his brother Larry Duane Repass, his sister Nancy Lodge, his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Trenton, Sage, Olivia, Alexander, and Sadie Repass, several cousins nieces and nephews.
