Obituary of Sarah J. Connor

Dansville- Sarah Jaine Connor age 39, passed away Monday afternoon, April 1, 2019, at Strong Memorial Hospital after a 16-month valiant battle with breast cancer.

 

She was born in Dansville, NY on August 23, 1979. A daughter of Charles and Jo Ann (Knapp) Kenney.

Sarah was a 1997 Graduate of Dansville Central School District, she went on to graduate from the NYS Institute of Massage. Sarah worked as a mail carrier for the Post Office, serving the communities of Dansville, Wayland, and Mt. Morris. She enjoyed being outside, walking more than 15 miles a day for the post office.  Sarah was an avid runner, competing in a Half Marathon in Buffalo in 2015, and she is a Tough Mudder Champion.

In addition to her parents, Sarah is survived by her children, Max and Mya Connor, Levi Bratcher, Her Companion Randy Bratcher, her sisters, Susan Fagan, Julie (Josh) Wadams, Father of Max and Mya, Joe Connor, Nieces and Nephews, Amanda (Nicholas) Elliot, Zachery Wadams, Reese, Sidney, and Dominic Fagan.

Friends may call Thursday April 4, 2019 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc. where a Memorial Service will be held on Friday April 5, 2019 at 11:00am. A celebration of life chicken BBQ will be held at a later date.
