Arkport- Larry T. Bigley age 76, passed away early Wednesday morning May 24, 2017, at the Bath VA Medical Center following a long illness.
He was born in Limestone, NY on November 18, 1940, the son of the late Thomas and Grace Geist Bigley. He was married on June 23, 1990, to Doreen Gates Bigley, who survives.
Larry was a self-employed Plumbing and Heating Contractor in the Arkport area for many years. Larry was a US Army Veteran serving form 1959-1961.
Surviving in addition to his wife Doreen, are their children, James Bigley, Eric Bigley, Linda (Scott) Smith, Thomas Bigley, Kimberly (Miles) Dey, Brian (Wendy) Yeoman, Shannon Yeoman, Christopher (Cheryl) Yeoman; a sister, Jeanette Valez, Doreens family, Alice (David Applin) Button, Shirley (James) Mackey, and David (Kathy) Gates, twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
At Larry's request no services or calling hours will be held. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St. Dansville. Online memorials may be at HindleFuneralHome.com.
