Rochester- Loren Ward Patterson age 72, passed away early Monday morning January 27, 2014, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester following a brief illness.
He was born in Warsaw, on September 15, 1941, a son of the late Ward and Evelyn (Vincent) Patterson. He was also predeceased by two brothers Forrest and John Patterson.
Loren worked at Foster Wheeler in Dansville as a welder for over 28 years. He enjoyed Fishing and especially loved country music.
He is survived by his loving wife Merry Alice (Buell) Patterson, three sons Ward, Thomas, and Daniel Patterson, three brothers Roy (Elaine), Stan, and Alvin (Victoria) Patterson. A sister Jean Gleason.
Friends may call Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc. A funeral service to follow calling hours. Interment will be in the Forrest lawn Cemetery Dansville.
