Dansville- Solveig L. "Sue" Weaver age 72, passed away unexpectedly Sunday afternoon November 6, 2011, at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville.
She was born in Staten Island, NY on January 3, 1939, a daughter of the late Oskar and Joran (Berge) Olsen.
Sue was a former member of the Dansville Lioness Club and St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Dansville. In her free time she enjoyed reading, shopping and sewing.
She is survived by her husband, Frelin Robert Weaver, four sons, David (Barbara) Weaver of Staten Island, Steven (Kim) Weaver of Rochester, Robert (Michelle) Weaver of MI, and Mark (Tammy) Weaver of WA; a brother Arthur (Joyce) Olsen of FL, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 21 Clara Barton St., in Dansville. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. Interment will be held in Ocean View the Beautiful Cemetery, Staten Island, NY. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
