He was born in Dansville on August 11, 1941, a son of Clarence and Helena (Moose) Sahrle. He was predeceased by his mother Helen Sahrle.
Ron was a machine operator for Castle Products in Rochester for many years retiring in 2002. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Dansville, the Dansville Fish and Game Club and the NRA.
He is survived by his father, Clarence Sahrle of West Sparta. A sister Janice Sahrle of Cohocton, two nephews, Scott Gould of Rochester, Greg Gould of GA, and a niece, Nella (Jeffrey) Peacock of Clifton Springs, four great nephews and a great niece.
Friends may call Sunday 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville, where services will follow calling hours. Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery, Dansville. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
