Dansville- Norma E. Maloney age 83, passed away peacefully early Thursday evening February 10, 2011, at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Deposit, NY on June 8, 1927. One October 4, 1946 she was married to Albert Maloney who survives. She was a graduate of Dansville Central School. Norma was employed as a medical secretary for Dr. Victor Breen for over twenty years. Norma enjoyed her many friends, coffee chats at her kitchen table, picnics in the back yard, along with horseshoe games and rolling up the living room carpet to dance the night away with friends and neighbors. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and her brother very much and she will be greatly missed by all of them. Surviving in addition to her husband Albie, are her children, Daniel (Taki) Maloney and Maren (Nick) Young all of Dansville. A brother, Peter (Kim) Krog of Orchard Park, NY. Four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 12:00 noon at the Dansville United Methodist Church, 5 Chestnut Ave. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, South Dansville. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Livingston County Hospice, 2 Murray Hill Drive, Mt. Morris, NY 14510
