Sparta- Kenneth G. Mensinger age 70, passed away Saturday October 11, 2008 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on May 20, 1938 a son of the late Roland and Mildred Hickock Mensinger. Ken was a retired millwright mechanic for Delco AC of Rochester. He was a member of the Scottsburg United Methodist Church. Ken was predeceased in 1997 by his wife, the former Victoria Ann Kuhn and 1 brother John. He is survived by 2 sons, Kenneth (Carol) of Honeoye, Lowell (Sabrina) of Sparta, 2 daughters, Cheryl (John) Teitsworth of Groveland, Tina (George) Mensinger of Groveland, 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, Melvin of Scottsburg, Mark of Mount Morris, 1 sister, Marjory Moose of Lewiston, several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday from 1-3 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville, where services will be held at 3 pm upon completion of the visitation, with the Rev. David Hotchkiss officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Scottsburg In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society in Kens memory Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
