Obituary of Rhonda Jean Burdick

She was born in Dansville on December 4, 1952, a daughter of the late Arthur and June (Schmitz) Hillier. She was also predeceased by her siblings Cathy Werth and Philip Hillier. On October 28, 1989, she was married to Ralph Burdick, who survives. Rhonda was a communicant of the Holy Family Catholic Community at St. Marys Church in Dansville. She was a former member of the Frank Casbolt VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Dansville. In her free time she enjoyed watching the birds, spending time with her grandchildren, and enjoying a good scary movie. Surviving in addition to her husband Ralph, are her children, April (Kenneth) Graham of Geneseo, Susie (Donald) Rowe of Conesus, Terri (Kevin) Rider of Groveland, Ralph (Shana Resch) Burdick of Leroy, Richard (Jody) Burdick of Oakfield, Shane OGrady of Byron and Jeffrey Burdick of Churchville. A sister Diana (Randy) Wilson of Castile, two brothers, Herman (Rosie) Hillier, Pete (Bobbie) Hiller, and a brother in-law Art Werth all of Dansville. Two aunts, Jean Bovee, Dolly (Clay) Caves and an uncle, J. Peter Hillier all of Dansville, seventeen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday 4-6 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St. Dansville. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 9:00am in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dansville.
