Obituary of Frances P. Teitsworth

Groveland- Frances P. Teitsworth age 96, passed away early Sunday morning September 29, 2024, at the Livingston County CNR in Mt. Morris where she had been a resident since 2019. She was born in Rochester on August 13, 1928, the daughter of the late Earl and Frances (Lake) Prince. On September 6, 1958, she was married to John Teitsworth, who predeceased her on October 19, 2014. Frances was a longtime faithful member of the Groveland Federated Parrish. She was the former secretary at the Mt. Morris United Church of Christ and the Tuscarora Church and the Town Historian for the Town of Groveland for many years.. Frances loved to bake and she was good at it. In her earlier years she enjoyed bowling, . She is survived by her son John (Cheri) Teitsworth of Groveland Hill, a granddaughter Trista (David) Tozier of Groveland Hill, great-granddaughters, Kinsley, Raelyn and Graysen Tozier and a brother Ed Prince of Avon. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday October 7, 2024, at the Groveland Federated Parrish on Groveland Hill with Pastor Dorothy Hotchkiss officiating.
