Dansville- Michael "Mike" J Gray

December 26, 1969-June 25, 2024

Mike passed away at Noyes Hospital, after courageously battling cancer for the last two years. He was surrounded by many family and friends. Mike was a friend to everyone, he was always willing to lend a hand when needed, jumping in to help with any type of project. Even in the end Mike was still helping others, Mike was a donor and gave sight to someone that did not have it. In his younger years he loved to play baseball and was a very talented artist, but life got in the way of both of those talents.

He followed Nascar, favorite driver Jeff Gordon, favorite baseball team was the NY Yankees and was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan. He was an avid roofer for many years and worked for many different companies over the course of his working years.

He is predeceased by his mother, Marian Kiefer Gray. Father Ralph Gray and an older sister Tammy Lynn Kiefer. He is survived by his brother Jeremy (Christina) Gray, sister Candice King (John Alani) and sister Crystal (Ryan) Burns. Son Matthew Fisher. (And his sisters) Two granddaughters, Scarlett and Anastasia Fisher. Long time girlfriend Shirley Christiano. One grandson, Logan. Stepmom Bonnie Gray. Many nieces and nephews who he adored and who adored him as well. Numerous other children who Mike was a part of their lives at some point and left an unmistakable mark and impression.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday July 4th, 2024, at 2 pm at the Union Hose Club House on Elizabeth St. All are welcome to attend.
