Wayland/Dansville- Kimberly Jean Slack age 59, passed away early Sunday morning December 24, 2023, at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville following a long battle with cancer.

She was born in Rochester on May 15, 1964, the daughter of Thomas and Lois (Densmore) Tracy.

Kim was a graduate of Dansville Central School Class of 1982. She retired from FLDDSO Direct Care in 2017. She enjoyed music festivals and traveling, Nascar rooting for Dale Jr.

She is survived by her companion Thomas "Jukebox" Cartwright of Wayland, three daughters Tonia (Tami Burleson) White, Carrie (Frank) Gallagher, and Autumn (Josh) Radley, grandchildren, Kaylaa and Casey White, Kyleigh and Patrick Gallagher, and Savannah Radley, great grandchildren, Liliana Rose and Kirie Myers and Braxton Dalton-White.
