Dansville- Daniel “Guy” Holbrook age 84, passed away Friday August 18th, 2023, in Hemlock following a brief illness.

He was born in Dansville, on May 27, 1939, a son of the late Robert C. and Louise (Smith) Holbrook. He was also predeceased by his brother Kenneth Holbrook.

Guy was a past member of the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. He was a dedicated Civil War reenactor with the Army of Western, VA. He was a member of post 001 of the American Legion, a former hearse driver for Baird Funeral Home. He really enjoyed handwashing cars, and spending time with his family.

Guy is survived by his former wife and companion June McKibbin, his son, Douglas (Nicole) Holbrook, his grandchildren, Michael, and Jorja Holbrook.

Friends called on Wednesday August 23, from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville, where a service was held at 11:00am. Interment with Full Military Honors in Harter Cemetery, Hemlock. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
