Rochester-Michael James Lemen age 72, passed away late Wednesday night March 29, 2023, at Highland Hospital following a long illness.

He was born in Dansville, on February 13, 1951, a son of the late, William and Margaret (Pfaff) Lemen. He was also predeceased by his sister-in-law Alice Lemen.

Michael is a graduate of both Alfred State College and the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in accounting. He was a history buff enjoying WWII history and old western movies. He worked as a truck driver, driving overnights for the United States Postal Service, then onto the Wegmans Food Markets of Rochester.

Michael is survived by his sister, Karen Ann Lemen of Roswell GA, brothers, James Lemen of Mt. Morris, and Gregory (Lynn Fires) Lemen of Dansville, a niece Jennifer Lynn Lemen, several aunts, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dansville. Arrangements by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
