Dansville-Delores M. Ross age 89, passed away late Monday afternoon November 14, 2022, at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville surrounded by her family.

She was born in Walworth, NY on September 21, 1933, a daughter of the late Edward and Edna (Riley) Land. On March 10, 1951, she was married to Burton Ross, who predeceased her in 2016. She was also predeceased by her siblings Dorothy Frey and Edward Land Jr and two great-grandchildren, Arianna Steen and Tyler Wiedrick.

Delores was the Past Matron of the East Rochester #539 Lea Court of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of the Livonia and Fairport Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She was a former bus driver for Kemp's Bus Service in Lakeville. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and reading.

She is survived by her daughter Bonnie Wiedrick of Dansville, a son, Alvin (Deborah) Ross of Conesus; a sister Marion Hutchinson of Fairport, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately. Interment will be in Rogersville Forest lawn Cemetery, South Dansville, at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Hindle Funeral Home Inc., 271 Main St. Dansville, NY 14437. Online memorials may be made at HindleFuneralHome.com.
