She was born in Hornell, NY on February 6, 1960, a daughter of Clyde and Mary Hicks Parsons.
Patricia was a Deputy Village Clerk for Village Of Dansville.
Surviving are her parents, a daughter Jenni (Dan) Jacobs, and a sister Anne Parsons.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Please make memorial contributions to a charity of your choice.
