West Sparta- Dennis R. "Denny" Palmer age 57. Went home to the Lord after a tragic fire at his home in West Sparta on October 11, 2022. He was born in Dansville on February 2, 1965, a son of David and Shirley (White) Palmer. He was predeceased by his father David, a brother Daniel and uncles, Richard, Harold, and William White, William, Butch and Ron Palmer, aunt Betty McCloud. Dennis was a 1983 graduate of Dansville Central School where he was a drummer in the school band. He was currently the lead electrician at LMC in Dansville. Dennis was a member of the Celebrate Family Worship in Leicester for over twenty years. He is survived by his mother Shirley (Odis) Palmer-Clayton, a brother David Palmer, a sister in-law Robin Palmer, his dear friend and former wife Diane Wilson Palmer, nieces and nephews, Nathan Palmer, Andrew Palmer and Zachary (Rebecca) McGarity-Palmer, Julia Palmer, Nicholas (Cierra) Palmer, Destiny (Tom) DeCasper, Ariel (Quinton) Quick, Jonathan (Amelia) Palmer, Charles and Ryan Palmer; great-nieces and nephews, William, Adelaide, and Theodor DeCasper and Isis and Skyler Palmer, Avery and Daniel Palmer, and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held Saturday November 12 at 11:00 am at the Celebrate Family Church, 76 Mt.. Morris Rd. Leicester NY. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc. 271 Main St. Dansville. Online memorials may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
