Albert John Kenney Obituary
He was born in the Town of Mt. Morris, on September 8, 1922, a son of the late Basil and Eunice Levey Kenney. On April 18, 1948, he was married to Lois I. Schenck Kenney who predeceased him on July 11, 2006. He was also predeceased by a brother Robert E. Kenney.
Jack was the Commissioner for the Livingston County Department of Social Services for many years. He was US Army Air Corps, WW II veteran serving from 1942 to 1945 as a flight maintenance gunner. He was a member of the Daniel Goho Post # 87 of the American Legion of Dansville.
He is survived by Loiss niece, Mary Ann Morsch of Livonia, and nephews, Robert (Donna) Fox of Pavilion, William (Donna) Whitmore of Georgia and David Fox of Utah, several cousins and friends.
Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4 pm at the Hindle Funeral Home, 271 Main St., Dansville. Interment will be next to Lois in Oak Lawn Cemetery, West Sparta.
