Sending our deepest sympathy to The Welch Family! My husband Paul has known Tim since school days in Dansville and have remained friends to this day. I often enjoyed hearing all the family stories and was in awe of the faith in which the Welch family was raised which certainly was a tribute to Gail. We regret not being able to attend the services and send our love to all. Our condolences to you Tim, Catherine and the entire Welch Family.

I am sending my heartfelt condolences to the family of Gail Welch. She was a cousin of my father, Charles (Dan) Webster and his brothers Jim and Gary and sister Jeanne. I will always remember her from our family reunions at the farm as well as the years she hosted the reunions at her home. I last saw her when Amy brought her to my Dad's 80th birthday party and when she came to help me take care of my mother during her final weeks. I will always remember Gail's jovial and feisty personality and how she always made us laugh and smile. She genuinely cared for others and fiercely loved her family. She will live on in our hearts and through our shared experiences and fond memories of her.

Gail Welch will be remembered at the 7:00 AM Mass at St Patrick's Church in Arroyo Grande, CA on Thursday, May 5th. The remembrance was requested by her cousins, Jim and Mary Webster of Arroyo Grande, and Gary Webster of West Palm Beach, FL.
Jim and Gary have remembrances of Gail that even go back as far as Burnside Family reunions near the Burnside family farm. Jim also attended Gail's wedding and what a wonderful day it was.
Gail was always an integral part of our family's main events down through the years.
She will always be remembered for her caring, her sense of humor and her feistiness (at times).
We will be thinking of all her family in the days ahead.

Mrs. Welch and I were in a knitting club together many years ago with Dale Morgan at the helm. We had such great times; but I will never forget the time when Mrs. Welch came in with a horrified look on her face. She said she had a blanket that she was working on - in a plastic bag - and that her husband took it to the dump! We all wanted to go to see if we could retrieve it; but since it was days before - realized the efforts would be in vain. She was always so kind and had a great sense of humor. I will always remember her joyful smile.
