Obituary of Muriel I. Gould

Born in Wayland on March 3, 1919, the daughter of Howard and Rena Folts Jerome she was married to the late Walter Gould who died October 7, 1974.
Muriel enjoyed crocheting, sewing and making clothes. She had been employed by the former Blum Shoe Co. of Dansville and Champion Knitting Mills of Livonia.
She is survived her son Dennis (Diane) Gould of Dansville and her daughter Bonnie (Larry) Whiteman of Geneseo. Two brothers; Howard (Barbara) Jerome of Wayland and Tom (Velma) Jerome of Canaseraga. Two sisters; Alice Wheaton of Atlanta and Beverly (Wayne) Atwell of Dansville. Seven grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. Irene was predeceased by her siblings Roy, William, Stewart, Robert, Ronald, Donald, Vernon and Nancy Jerome.
Friends may call Thursday from 1 to 2:00 P. M. at Hindle Funeral Home Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. A funeral service will follow calling hours with the Rev. James P. Stevens officiating. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery, Dansville.
