Obituary of Corey William White

Dansville-Corey William White age 35, passed away unexpectedly early Tuesday morning November 15, 2016, in Hornell. He was born in Dansville, on July 28, 1981, a son of Barbara (Gary) Foster Burley and William (RoseMary) White. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Evelyn Foster and Harley (Judy) Foster. Corey was a US Army veteran serving from 2004 to 2008. He was currently employed at Michael John's in Hornell. He was a devoted Denver Broncos and Buffalo Sabres fan. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, gardening and taking care of his three dogs, Willow, Pooh and his favorite dog Wesley. He is survived by his mother, Barbara (Gary) Burley; his father, William L. (RoseMary) White Jr.; three sisters, Kelley (Hackett) MacGregor, Amber (Ken) Bess, and Tina Young; four brothers, Carl (Vivian) Hackett Jr., Mason (Tammy) Hackett, Aaron Bonner and Robert Burley; his loving fiancé Holly Carson; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. A graveside service with full military honors will be held on Tuesday Nov. 22 at 11:00am at Greenmount Cemetery in Dansville. Hindle Funeral Home, Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville has charge of arrangements. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com. A memorial reception will be held at the Union Hose Clubroom after the graveside service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
