Dansville-Roger T. Buck age 59, passed away early Wednesday morning January 13, 2016, after an extended illness.
He was born in Dansville on May 15, 1956, a son of the late Charles and Geraldine (Comardo) Buck.
Roger was a US Navy veteran serving during Vietnam. He was a retired custodian from SUNY Geneseo. He was a member of the Canandaigua Legion Post # 256. In his free time he enjoyed playing his guitar and fishing in Virginia and Canandaigua.
He is survived by a son, Kyle (Kelly) Buck of Gilbert, SC, grandchildren, Troy and Jordyn, Kyle's mother Judy, a sister, Sandra (Paul) Briggs of Dansville, a brother, Larry (Donna) Buck of Byron, nieces, Ashley E. Briggs, Michelle (John) Tracy, a nephew David (Corinne) Marinucci and two great nieces and a nephew.
Friends may call Monday from 11:00 am to 12:30pm at Hindle Funeral Home, Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville where services will be held at the completion of calling hours. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dansville. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
