Dansville- Barbara Jean Cooper age 86, passed away on Sunday April 26, 2026, at Suzzanes Comfort Care House in Perry NY following an illness.
She was born in Dansville, on December 11, 1939, a daughter of the late William and Evelyn (Hamsher) Learn Jr. On July 26, 1959, she was married to Gerald Cooper who predeceased her on September 22, 2022.
Barbara was a home body that enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Barbara cherished living out in the country, listening to the birds and seeing the wildlife.
Surviving barb are her children, Rick (Peggy) Cooper, Larry (Gina) Cooper, Michael Cooper, sisters, Betty Jones, and Bonnie Powell, a brother William Learn Jr..
