Springwater- Annegret De La Haye, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2025, at her home in Springwater.

She was born in Soest, Germany, on April 11, 1956, a daughter of the late Horst and Margarete (Balls) De La Haye.

She lived most of her life in Germany, where she ran a Taxi Business. Upon moving to the United States, she first settled in Georgia before relocating to Springwater. She most recently was employed at SUNY Geneseo as a cleaner. She loved spending time on Facebook, playing games and keeping up with her friends. She loved her cat, riding horses, watching birds, and facetiming her grandchildren in Germany. She loved to drive, ride motorcycles, and crochet.

She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Verleger, granddaughters, Latisha Chayenne, and Shantoya Chanah Verleger, her friends, Beverly Rex-Burley, Barbara Rex-McKinney, the Rex Clan, and Barbara and Gunther Litzbuski.
