She was born in Elmira on June 7, 1955, a daughter of the late Donald and Laura (Milder) Young.
Laura was a resident of Ceder Court IRA in Dansville, where she survived by friends and staff members.
Interment will be next to her parents in Woodlawn Cemetery in Elmira. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. Online memorials may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
