Dansville- Barbara L. Griffin age 89, passed away Wednesday evening January 29, 2025, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

She was born in Bridgeport, CT on August 4, 1935, the daughter of the late Franklin and Martha (Shorrock) Langdon. On May 4, 1957, she was married to the Rev. Arthur "Bill" Griffin, who predeceased on January 17, 2021.

Barbara was a Pastor's wife and served with her husband Bill while they lived in Connecticut.

Barbara is survived by her sons, Bill (Kathleen) Griffin of Cohocton and Todd and Jonathan Griffin both of Dalton, grandchildren, Brittany (Devon) Ferris, Arthur William (Angie) Griffin III, and Daniel (Hannah) Griffin.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. Interment will be next to Bill in Mapleview Cemetery in Cohocton. Online condolences may be shared at HindleFuneralHome.com.
