Vern worked my mother in suny Geneseo. He was a very nice person and a very hard worker. I haven't seen him in awhile but if you ever met him you sure would like him. I send my thoughts and prayers to the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Vern at SUNY. He would stop and visit with the women in our office but if the boss came out, he would turn off his hearing aids and tell him he couldn’t hear him. Always made us laugh. Sorry he is gone. May he rest in peace

Vern was an amazing person. Kind and generous. Always joking and never complaining. Great loss for us here but Heaven is getting a wonderful man!
