Alice and I go way back to when she was that cute little girl with “pig tails “.Shortly after I moved to Dansville,she had me signed up as a Red Cross volunteer.That was one of the best things she could have done for me.I will miss her so much!

I knew Alice and was a friend of hers for many years when she was married to Al Burdick. MY husband Jim Stanton, was one of Alice and Al's best men at their wedding. I turned 90 this year and still living in Ithaca. Gloria Stanton

Alice is a wonderful lady who I will miss tremendously. I love how she was intolerant to the "good old boys" network. She was a true feminist and empowered women to stand up for themselves. I love her and will always be grateful for her. My heart goes out to her amazing family.

We have lost an amazing human being. My heart aches that I can no longer hear her wonderful stories. We sent messages to each other at night for years and I keep looking for her messages that will no longer come. I loved her dearly but I take solace in knowing that she is no longer in physical pain and no doubt is soaring with her son John.

Alice was a dear friend, and mentor to me. I was blessed to spend many adventures with her. I was one of those " lucky ones" who became part of a committee without even knowing it!!! She helped me relearn how to crochet, the way my gramma taught me. She will most definitely be missed. She is home now, with her fear son, John!
