Prattsburgh- Joy Lynn Mark age 56, passed away early Thursday evening August 10, 2017, at home following a long illness.

She was born in Lyons, NY on August 2, 1961. She was the daughter of George and Marjorie Blanchard Price Sr. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Cheryl Bruni, Lorraine and Paul Martin.

On May 27, 2000, she was married to Bernard Mark who survives. She is also survived by daughters Cassondra, Ali and Chelsea Mark, a grandson Noah. Siblings, Pauline Seeber, Diane (Bobby) Burch, Elaine Lynch, a step brother George Price Jr. and several nieces and nephews.

Joy was a lover of animals and nature and music. She enjoyed horseback riding and planting flowers and trees. She was a good mother and cherished her family. She honored her mother by earning her GED in 1989 after leaving high school early. She was employed as a sales person all her adult life and worked for Forbes Products Corp. Owl Homes, Utopia Homes, retiring from Camping World in 2008.

Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm at the Hindle Funeral home, Inc. 271 Main St., Dansville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Church in Dansville. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery Dansville.
