Ossian- Paul J. "Mike" Moulton, age 88, passed away early Thursday evening January 19, 2017, at the Livingston County CFNR in Mt. Morris, following a long illness. He was born in Rochester, NY, on November 27, 1928, a son of the late Ivan and Verna (Kelley) Moulton. He was also predeceased by a son, Michael Ivan Moulton, a grandson Bryce Timothy Watson and siblings, Ellen Ayers, Samuel and Cecil Moulton. On October 25, 1952, he was married to Mildred "Millie" Shearing Moulton, who survives. Mike was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ossian and the former Ossian Grange and Ossian Volunteer Fire Department. Mike and Millie owned and operated the Moulton Dairy Farm on Linzy Road in Ossian for many years. Mike was the original American Picker. He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Millie; four daughters, Gail (Keith) Wing, Lorrie Goins, Cathy (Phil) Saunders Sr., Michelle (Robert) Vanderbosch, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday from 4 to 7pm at the Hindle Funeral Home, Inc., 271 Main St., Dansville. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am in the First Presbyterian Church of Ossian.
